Returns & Refunds policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be granted for services offered via the website www.monsoonboruah.com, owned and operated by Espritco Media LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India.
By purchasing or registering for any service on this website, the user (“You”) agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Workshops (Online or Offline)
1.1 Cancellations made seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled workshop are eligible for a ninety percent (90%) refund. A ten percent (10%) processing fee will be deducted.
1.2 Cancellations made between three (3) and six (6) days prior to the scheduled workshop are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund.
1.3 Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the workshop or failure to attend (“no-show”) shall not be eligible for any refund.
1.4 Subject to availability, you may request a one-time transfer of your registration to a future workshop scheduled within ninety (90) days from the date of the original workshop, in lieu of a refund.
2. Digital Courses
2.1 All purchases of digital courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
2.2 In the event of technical issues or dissatisfaction, you must notify us in writing within three (3) days of purchase. At our sole discretion, we may provide course credit toward an alternative course.
3. Retreats
3.1 Cancellations made thirty (30) days or more prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a seventy-five percent (75%) refund.
3.2 Cancellations made between fifteen (15) and twenty-nine (29) days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund.
3.3 Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled start date are not eligible for any refund.
3.4 In the event that a retreat is cancelled by Espritco Media LLP, a full refund or transfer of booking to an alternative date will be offered.
3.5 Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of written approval.
4. Classes (Drop-in or Packaged)
4.1 Drop-in class bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule once, provided twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice is given.
4.2 Class packs or series are non-refundable once commenced. In the case of documented medical emergencies, partial credit may be granted at our sole discretion.
5. Subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)
5.1 All subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
5.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to subscription services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3 Any billing disputes must be reported to us within seven (7) days of the charge in question.
6. Refund Request Procedure
6.1 All refund or transfer requests must be made in writing via email to support@espritcomedia.com including the following details:
Full Name
Transaction Reference Number
Name of the Service or Event
Reason for Request
6.2 Espritco Media LLP reserves the right to assess and decide on refund or credit eligibility based on the circumstances outlined in this Policy.
7. Amendments
7.1 Espritco Media LLP reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
